The Cannabis Art Gallery (hereafter referred to as CAG) is specialized in creating art with the main focus on displaying the cannabis plant in society. CAG develops unique art that is both physical and digital. CAG products can be resold through multiple third party channels. The first release of an art piece, will mostly but not limited to, be launched on the website of CAG, reselling is supported through third parties that are not owned or connected with CAG. CAG provides multiple payment options and uses multiple third party payment providers. Each art piece that is released by CAG is linked to a Non-fungible token, serial code and invoice. CAG makes it possible to subscribe for notifications, fill in contact forms and create a personal account. CAG offers multiple services for buyers, holders and sellers.
Therefore, the Cannabis Art Gallery receives, collect and use personal data in order to improve our services, communicate with you as individual effectively and to make your visit to our website as smooth as possible.
Cannabis Art Gallery values your privacy, we use your personal data at a minimum and secure your data as safe as possible. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and store your data when you visit our website, use one of our services or when you create a personal account. The CAG use the individual country location for the automated generated time on the mobile webpage, and for CAG knowledge in order to operate according to the legal regulations of the individual country.

- Legal reasoning, compliance with laws and court orders.

There will not be made a difference in the privacy of adults or children. CAG follows strict privacy security protocol. CAG uses collected data as minimum as possible in order to protect any individual. There is no age restriction regarding visiting or buying art from the Cannabis Art Gallery.

CAG reserves the right to modify the privacy policy at any time. Changes published on the CAG website take effect immediately. We encourage individuals to review the policy periodically, changes that have an impact on the individual website user or art piece holder will be notified by email.
