The Cannabis Art Gallery website (cannabis-artgallery.com), products, materials and any other related information are designed, administered, owned and operated by corporation Mary and Jane, a Dutch incorporated sole ownership, with registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The Cannabis Art Gallery (hereafter referred to as CAG) is specialized in creating art with the main focus on displaying the cannabis plant in society. CAG develops unique art that is both physical and digital. CAG products can be resold through multiple third party channels. The first release of an art piece, will mostly but not limited to, be launched on the website of CAG, reselling is supported through third parties that are not owned or connected with CAG. CAG provides multiple payment options and uses multiple third party payment providers. Each art piece that is released by CAG is linked to a Non-fungible token, serial code and invoice. CAG makes it possible to subscribe for notifications, fill in contact forms and create a personal account. CAG offers multiple services for buyers, holders and sellers.

Therefore, the Cannabis Art Gallery receives, collect and use personal data in order to improve our services, communicate with you as individual effectively and to make your visit to our website as smooth as possible.

Cannabis Art Gallery values your privacy, we use your personal data at a minimum and secure your data as safe as possible. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and store your data when you visit our website, use one of our services or when you create a personal account. CAG follow strict regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws, to ensure your data is handled responsibly.

CAG collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide you with the best possible experience on our website.

The following information will be automatically collected by the website provider: IP address.

CAG does not have access to the individual IP address. The IP address is automatically used to identify the individual country location. The CAG use the individual country location for the automated generated time on the mobile webpage, and for CAG knowledge in order to operate according to the legal regulations of the individual country.

The following information will be collected after filling in a contact form on the CAG website: First name, last name, email address and the self-determined entry that is filled in.

The following information will be collected after creating an account on the CAG website: First name, last name and email address. Optional options that can be saved by CAG is: extra information, pictures or video’s that is self-determinate submitted by the individual.

Cookies and tracking technologies that are collected automatically are not used for any direct marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking technologies will be used for country indication and daily total visitor count.
Cookies and tracking technologies can be used for analytical and research purposes.
Cookies and tracking technologies can be used for marketing and business strategies.
CAG can use all collected data regarding the visitor's country for their own understanding in order to insure CAG is following the regulations.

Individual data can be collected by the website provider, tracking applications and/or website analytical API’s.

3. How we use collected data

All (non)automated collected data will never be used for direct marketing.
All (non)automated collected data will never be used against the individual by the CAG.
All (non)automated collected data will never be published by the CAG.
All (non)automated collected data will never be sold to a third party by the CAG.
All (non)automated collected data will never be stored or used that is older than 7 years, this includes personal information on invoices. (Regulations according to the Netherlands privacy policy.)

All (non)automated collected data can be used to identify the total of visitors on the CAG website.
All (non)automated collected data can be used to identify the individual's country.
All (non)automated collected data can be used to communicate with the community that used a contact form on the CAG website.
All (non)automated collected data can be used by CAG for research.
All (non)automated collected data that is self-determinate can be used by CAG for any purpose.
All (non)automated collected data that CAG need for any business or marketing strategy and purpose can be used. This excludes direct individual marketing.

4. How and why we share data

CAG will never sell user information with third parties.
CAG will never share user information with third parties, excluding the following:

- Automated data generated by the website provider, CAG does not have any insight on data the website provider collects.

- Personal information for the payment transfer, In order to conform fiat or crypto transfer, personal information will be automatically shared with the payment processors.

- Automatically collected and stored data from the third parties, Including Google (Alphabet) and Wix website provider.

- Legal reasoning, compliance with laws and court orders.

Cookies and tracking technologies will be used as minimum as possible by the Cannabis Art Gallery. The collected data can be used for marketing and business strategy or for research.

CAG website contain links to third parties sites and applications. CAG is not responsible and/or legally bound for any practices of the third parties, including but not limited to, the privacy practices of the third parties.

9. Children’s Privacy

There will not be made a difference in the privacy of adults or children. CAG follows strict privacy security protocol. CAG uses collected data as minimum as possible in order to protect any individual. There is no age restriction regarding visiting or buying art from the Cannabis Art Gallery.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

CAG reserves the right to modify the privacy policy at any time. Changes published on the CAG website take effect immediately. We encourage individuals to review the policy periodically, changes that have an impact on the individual website user or art piece holder will be notified by email.

Cannabis Art Gallery reserves the right to adjust, change and/or delete any information from the Privacy Policy without any (prior) notification. CAG advices to read and understand the privacy policy every time before entering and/or using CAG services, products and/or website.

Information that is self-submitted through a contact form on the CAG website, is secured by the website software provider. Collected data is accessible for the CAG and website provider.
The website provider automatically collects data for analytical and security purposes.

Cannabis Art Gallery have no insight in the automatic data that is collected and stored by the website provider. The Cannabis Art Gallery is not responsible and/or legally bound, includes but is not limited to, the website provider; actions, damages, procedures and responsibilities.

Cannabis Art Gallery always follows any guidelines and regulations regarding the privacy policy. The Cannabis Art Gallery is not responsible and/or legally bound for any changes, missing information, and/or misunderstanding of the regulations. CAG will always follow the correct guidelines and will always immediately adapt and update to the new changes in the guidelines and regulations. The Cannabis Art Gallery always keeps the privacy policy up to date, the Cannabis Art Gallery is not responsible and/or legally bound for any deviation from the guidelines and regulations.
